Thanks to all our Boy Scouts & Volunteers for a successful food drive!

Clients Speak

At Koinonia, we find that helping our clients get through a difficult period is a basic tenet and responsibility of a Christian based organization.

Have you found yourself in a crisis? Accidents, illnesses, and sudden unemployment can happen to anyone. If you don’t know how you are going to pay your rent or utilities, or even put food on the table this month, we might be able to provide assistance.

This past Saturday the Boy Scouts in our area (and all across the country!) came together in to collect food for the under-resourced families in our area!

Just about 9500 lbs of food was delivered to Faith Church in Kingstowne, where volunteers checked and sorted it, then delivered it to Koinonia to fill our pantry for the coming months.

Thank you ALL so much for your help!
